We can do our best, eating right and never getting sick, but surely we're going to get old and all what that entails. We have nieces and nephews but we can't rely on those to take care of us. They have their own lives. Bothers me do this. It's not going to be happy days cough and splutter free forever, with no pain in the joints. Tip for you all btw. Get on the flaxseed.
