I've read a few comments saying effectively the same thing.
Even Garcia has said that Fifa have completely mis-represented his findings.
Best of all is the Russian delegates providing the very few documents and having no email trails as they rented the equipment used for their bid, then destroyed all evidence when they had to give it back.

then I realised it was soccer you were referring to
I just learnt how to give myself a signature - 27/08/09 - bear (member for just over 2 years)
I just learnt that F5 refreshes a page - 03/03/10 - bear (alive for over 30 years)
I just learnt there is an ignore button - 11/01/11 - bear (still learning)
I just learnt that I can have 1 more than 3 lines in my sig and there is no word limit - 20/06/12 - bear (on a roll)

The problem of course, is that Garcia's appeal will be to the FIFA court of appeal which consists of a subsection of those implicated in the whole affair.
I think this story is going to get very interesting...
Suffering from a small case of mood poisoning, must be something I hate.
What difference does it make? Qatar or Russia, England's World Cup efforts have been abysmal and woeful. As if changing the host nation of a World cup is going to make a difference!
The irony being England fans moaning about corruption.
