Its always an adventure with EL-EL. Whether its psychedelic trance or progressive, its always a sprawling journey with the mighty label. This is the new one by Chris Johnson and includes a remix by Relaunch and a bonus track called Resurgence. Smile

Gonna do the Relaunch remix first as that's what playing at the moment. The remix starts off with a refined intro before going widescreen with a benign proggy beat and bass-line and uplifting synths. Its an epic mix that runs for 11 pulsating minutes; suitably EL-EL. I like this mix a lot. I'd open a DJ set with it definitely.

On to the Original Mix and this is where the track comes into its own. Its more trancey than Relaunch's epic mix and is more friendly to peak-time floors. Good rhythm and samples being used to drive the track along. Its shorter than the remix but is no less epic. It has a sweet sound to it but don't let that put you off. It still kicks arse.

The bonus track is Resurgence and this finishes off the EP in fine style. Use it at the end of your sets and you won't go far wrong. A fine EP from EL-EL and lovingly cryptic.
