They say that the best things in life are free ! We’ll in the case of London Trance / Hard Trance promotion Addiction that’s absolutely undeniable.
Since Addiction’s inception on Sept 2nd 2004, we’ve thrown exactly 38 of our now legendary Thursday night free parties across London and beyond. From The Southside Bar, to Copyright Nightclub, and more recently this year at the fantastic Freedom in Soho, and one very special Cream @ Amnesia Pre-Party on the White Isle of Ibiza at Bar Kanya, San Antonio, Addiction’s Thursday night free events have become a clubbing institution and are widely recognised as the most popular Thursday night FREE Trance parties in the capital, often imitated, but never bettered. In this time not only have we brought high profile artists like M.D.A & Spherical, Adam White, Phil York, Wid & Ben, Greg Brookman & Little Gem (to name only a few) to perform to our loyal Addict’s for free on a Thursday, we’ve also helped many an up & coming DJ develop their career by offering them their debut gigs and repeat bookings.
As most of you now know after almost two years of leading the way at the forefront of London’s Thursday night Trance / Hard Dance scene, we have decided that its now time to draw these free Thursday events to a close. Click here for full details.
This means that there are now only 2 Thursday night Addiction Events left at Freedom, and we’ll be pulling out all the stops to make sure that these are the best parties we’ve held there all year ! and how will we do this we hear you ask ? At past events we’ve held special free raffles for all in attendance however for these last two parties we’ll be doing something slightly different…
The Addiction Big Prize Hunt.
Over the next two events we’ll be hiding small numbered balls in secret locations all over Freedom’s basement ! Each of these balls will represent a prize, and all you have to do to win is get down early and start searching !! Once a ball is found, simply bring it to an Addiction promoter, who will then check your number against the list, and issue you with your prize. It couldn’t be more simple !
Extended License
As well as all this, we’ve extended the hours of The Last Thursday Addiction on June 29th, and for this last night only we will be partying well into the early hours of the morning until the venue shuts at 3am ! With a massive DJ line up, live mixed visuals, and a truly mental atmosphere, this will be your last chance to get your beloved free Thursday fix, so book Friday June 30th off work NOW !
