Age: | 38 | Background: | Hello there!
I'm Jimmy this is my HF page (obviously) and here is my Bio:
Young, energetic, passionate and skilled, are just some of the words used frequently when Jimmy XL is behind a set of decks.
At only 20 years old, Jimmy has graced the turntables of some London's top clubs; Ministry of Sound, Turnmills, Pacha, Egg, Sin to just a just a few.
Jimmy's energy is felt even during his radio show (UnknownFM.net Saturdays 6pm), you can simply feel the vibe coming right through the speakers.
''I have so much passion for the music I play, it gets kind of worrying! Haha! Every time I play music, I go in to this zone and just leave the planet or something, I can't explain it?!'' He says.
His style has always been electronic, in the early years his trade he was a Drum & Bass fanatic but as he grew older and more mature, House and more recently Techno has dominated his life.
His favourite artists include; Dusty Kid, Minilogue, Duoteque, Gregor Tresher, James Zabiela, Supermayer, Booka Shade, M.A.N.D.Y., Claude VonStroke, Stephan Bodzin, Adam Beyer, David K, the list goes on and on.
Jimmy is now working hard in the studio with his lifelong friend Chris as part of ‘Acid Eye’, as well as working with top UK producers LeisureGroove. So keep your eyes and ears open for forthcoming tracks.
