» Oh Yeah

Label: PhD (Phonetic Digital)
Format: Digital
Genre: House

With a highly successful label catalogue behind them, Phonetic Recordings present a unique off shoot to exist with the flagship Phonetic. PhD being simply digital means a more rapid turn around then traditional vinyl or CD. Past history dictates a full quality approach, so what do we get for the launch? The Playground Furies aka Michael Woods is no stranger to the dance community with storming productions and remixes all across the board (plus the recent house smash Out Of Office – Hands Up).

And it’s the latter that we stay tuned to, another full on firing club belting hypnotic number from Woods. With support from Oliver Lang, Trophy Twins, Eddie Thoneick, Trent Cantrelle and many more already it’s no wonder why.

A really effective bass keeps a solid groove right from the start, layering up into the vocal with incredibly catchy sounds and effects that almost nag your mind and command your body to move. It results in a simple hypnotic feeling into the vocal that just carries it along very nicely.

If the vocals not to your taste the Instrumental is available as well where you can just get your groove on to the music. The whole track has a nice energy to it with a quality chunky driving mood that definitely makes you toes tap and feet move. One for the wallet!
