Tokyo Offshore Project is the brainchild of UK electronica pioneers Simon Lovejoy and Frankie Valentine - whose production and collaboration credits include Björk, Carl Cox, Bootsy Collins, Orbital and DJ Harvey among others - alongside Japanese multi-instrumentalist Kiyoshi Miyaura.
Theatrical Techno Illustrated is a retrospective collection of the trio's work between 1990-1995; the result of a genuinely forward-thinking project covering house, techno, and breaks that sounds as relevant and fresh now as when the tracks were written.
