There shall in that time be rumours, of things going astray. And there shall be a great confusion as to where things really are. And nobody will really know where lieth those little things with a sort of rackey work base, that has an attachment. At this time, a friend shall lose his friend's hammer, and the young shall not know where lieth the things possessed by their fathers, that their fathers put there only just the night before, 'bout eight o'clock.

Plan B's 'The Defamation of Strickland Banks' is an excellent example of how to do a concept album however, excellent album which I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who can look beyond music that goes doof doof doof doof continuously.
That is a brilliant album but it did weird me out a bit at the time, being that all his other tunes had been shitty gangster rap.

I liked Nero's 'Welcome Reality' which is apparently a concpet album although I don't think you'd ever guess by listening to it.
It's definitely a concept album - it's supposed to represent the world in the year 2808.
It's good album, and the concept kinda works in the most part, but there are certain songs that ruin the whole concept; lead track 'Me & You' sounds dated and 'Must Be The Feeling' / 'Crush On You' take me back in time rather than forwards.
The rest works quite well though - love the mix of orchestral instruments with electronic sounds. You'll notice they use a lot of the same synths/intruments/atmospherics throughout the album to maintain concept consistency.
Nearly hits the spot, but not quite.
Interested to see where they go with their second album, because Dubstep is no longer the big thing and they'd be fools to stick to the formula.
