Laughs out loud
I'll tell you how impressed they are in 15 years then.

Oh and Steve. I wouldn't play at Twist or before it for a million pounds.

:evil snigger: I distinctly recall another DJ saying this about Frantic and Twisted a couple of years ago.....

This thread is starting to get ridiculous now: it's turned into a slanging match between Frantic and Twist adherents; no surprises there, then! Roll eyes (sarcastic)

To be fair, for the punters it's not going to make any difference whatsoever if a total unknown plays for 15 minutes at the beginning of the night. It's not going to instantly catapult this DJ to stardom. What it is going to do however, is give an inexperienced DJ a chance to play on a big system and learn the difference between a small rig and a big one. That's going to make a big difference to his DJing.

Why....after Twisted@The Fridge were the Oblivion flyers found upstairs hidden in your office Steve? Scratches Chin

Because someone was about to throw them away but I stopped them.
You do not have any rights to leave packages inside our club. I do not leave TWIST flyers etc at yours or anywhere else for that matter.

I agree Fi, it is just the same thing over and over again.

Much like the Twist, Blast and now Anarchy line ups.

Thanks Fi - it's exactly this hypocracy that makes me snigger.
I do find it amusing though stirring things up a little and I wish the winner every success.
It does add a little bit of excitment to these boards don't ya think!

I think you've had the same effect on Frantic as the No Smoking ads on TV do to smokers.

Show them how you could end up and you start to change your ways...

pot kettle......Latex Zebra, Shaf, Future sound of Elvis, Redcat - even Zoology have residents Dan.
Twist has D.A.V.E The Drummer this Monday as special guest and a great first time superstar guest at TWIST at the Fridge this Sunday.
The next line up for BLAST includes Captain Tinrib, Chris Liberator and a host of first timers. Anarchy had Lisa Pin up and Farley....need I go on.
Stop being so bitter just because you have not got a set.

Yes, a monthly party and we still manage to get decent guests in.
Alright we can't get BK or Farley in but we've proved what we can do when we got DJ Wag over. We think bigger than most and anyone who comes to Zoology knows it's always a bit different. Those residents might only play for a few hours between them to make room for a lot of guests. Unlike your labourious line ups of the same DJs week in week out. Think about it Steve.

By the way, Shaf is not a resident. Just a guest and a friend.
