I've been at my firm for 12 years and in Oct i will be 13 years. I do still enjoy it, otherwise I wouldve left. Have the usual up and downs but on the whole I love it
Whats the longest you have stayed at one job for? I guess this counts out contractors so whats the longest contract you have had?

I have done the same job for about 10yrs now. That was with two different companies although it feels like just one company as the whole team from the first company was head hunted by the second company.
I just learnt how to give myself a signature - 27/08/09 - bear (member for just over 2 years)
I just learnt that F5 refreshes a page - 03/03/10 - bear (alive for over 30 years)
I just learnt there is an ignore button - 11/01/11 - bear (still learning)
I just learnt that I can have 1 more than 3 lines in my sig and there is no word limit - 20/06/12 - bear (on a roll)

What industry are you in? You dont hear a lot of people staying past 5 years so good effort. I got head hunted on Linkdin last week and they guy was blown away with my loyalty and longevity. Its more that I am a chicken shit to actually leave and look for another job Im happy where I am though, has its challenges but on the whole, its fun working in the corporate world when you get to director level
