I need help with advice on how to do the initial security for our server, to add a new user to connect to the server, so as not to connect via SSH to everyone who needs access to the server.

I only found a solution if every user connects via SHH, but that way the user can change everything on the server, because he will have super user rights.

First to answer your last question, Type the command adduser USERNAME in the terminal. Then run the command usermod -a -G sudo USERNAME. After you login to the server, set a complex password for it and that's it. When installing programs, there can be certain complications.
