Why even bother rescheduling? let someone who will actually go to their appointment have the slot. And as you said yourself if you just needed to go to the toilet you'd you'd have gone to McDonalds. You CHOSE to go for a beer. And no, I haven't done something like this before, I have gone for the exact same tests myself and through various others and i went to them all because i needed checking up more than a beer.
