I think this was my first visit to Tobacco Dock this year, there was no queue when I arrived so straight into the main room. This was about 70% full so there was plenty of room to dance, most of the punters were in the other rooms. There was an EDM/Trancey vibe going on,which was very enjoyable, the main room remained at this level for the next set, which was a light weight house and didnt really pack out until the headliners GonGon City came on,but there was still room to dance.Steve Lawler (a DJ who has constantly reinvented himself) was hosting the subterranean car park, when I entered it was about 50% full with a much harder house sound. When Tobacco Dock is a bit below full capacity it is a very enjoyable evening clubbing. The crowd was young Essexy types,so often just clogging up the dancefloor without getting into it.
