ALL of the criminals pictured and named in both series of threads repeat their bestial and depraved criminal behaviours over and over again despite being offered rehabilitation by society. They are recidivists and as such deserve to be named, pictured and shamed repeatedly.
Kerb regularly points out the ethics of treating real life as entertainment far more eloquently and wittily than you could ever hope to; additionally all the other students of Criminal Anthropology and all the passive readers are fully aware of these issues but are able to suspend their disbelief and join in the IMAGINARY SCENARIO'S created - as invited, by using their own IMAGINARY CREATED PERSONA'S with their own IMAGINARY AND CREATIVE RESPONSES.
These threads are being used to address difficult and unfamiliar topics in a safe and non confrontational environment whilst illustrating the futility of criminal behaviours. The express intention of these threads is to be instructional, informative and entertaining; they also help remind the good people of Hafa that they are not that bad for eating an extra cupcake or pinching a friends bottom.
Cease trying to f**k it up with your faux outrage and self righteous wanky moral purirism.

Case was dropped because it was a load of bullshit that had been made up to turn reality around on me, charges were assault and battery, affray and a breach of a non-mol.
I didn't say anything while the case was ongoing awaiting trial because I didn't want an additional charge of contempt of court by disclosing details.
Anyways, all good now.
[I quite simply got attacked and the attacker in question claimed I'd attacked them to defend themselves]
Boring, I know; stressful, yes.

That happened to somebody I know, he ended up in hospital and still got done for assault.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the stress contributed to the cancer treatment and pneumonia I've just had after spending weeks in hospital, I'm sure drinking didn't help either.
Spent nearly a fucking week in prison for something I didn't do whilst 6 other little wankers were bigging up their section 5 public disorder charges for swearing at people in the back of a Serco transport van on the way to Westminster magistrates court on Marylebone road, idiots.
S**t happens.
