Tbh, I'm wondering how they advertised for this campaign... Need two chicks for a rape poster?

Makes me think of this

While I understand the 'don't blame the victim' angel I always felt it was a bit idealistic, a bit like Americans who claim 'don't blame the gun' after a high school massacre, in the words of Eddie Izzard 'the gun helps'.

It's a fact that rapists hunt for the easiest victim, preventing yourself and your mates from being the easiest victim, will help you to not be raped. I'm certainly not saying if you dress like a slut you deserve to be raped, there is nothing a women can do that would make them deserve to be raped, but rape happens, and if you don't want to be raped, not being the biggest slut in the room will help with that. Bit like, if you don't want to be run over, don't stand on the motorway.

Whilst I agree with what you say,I do think it's about time we started telling men to act respectively. As I've said before, when a rape happens,I think it says more about the character of the man than the female. Think about it,if he was as wasted then nothing - well little nothing would happen. So,most of these in IMO petty excuse of a man,are out to prey. Yes,unfortunately us girls need to be on our guard for ourselves & our mates but I think it's time men were educated & held responsible for their actions. No woman deserves rape-full stop!

Only love can leave such a mark, only love can heal such a scar.

Erm… Men know rape is bad. Some just don't care.

Unfortunately not all see rape as bad. Some think it's their right to get sex & care nothing for the victim. Not that long ago where rape within marriage was legal.

Only love can leave such a mark, only love can heal such a scar.

I think pretty much everyone knows rape is bad. "Educating" rapists is like trying to "educate" burglers.

I don't think we have a cultural issue in this country with rape that would respond to education, we just need to catch the arseholes that do it anyway and lock 'em up.
