oh that reminds me - i forgot to send out tracklists with the CD's
dave_irvine: sure - i remember getting the PM about the energy flash remix, but dont remember seeing your address - could you re-send it please as it was about 30 days ago so it may have been cleared down.
as for where to get the mix - the label is called 'clones' and its #4 in the series. dunno who the artist is though and (like a lot of techno) the track name is untitled. i found it on juno though

Hey dude, sorry it took me so long to get around to listening to it... gotta say I did very much enjoy it loads of different kinds of things in there, you kept it moving nicely.
My one criticism would be that your beatmatching could do with being a little bit tighter - it's wasn't bad, but there were quite a few mixes where it slipped out slightly, just kinda detracts from the quality of the mix (dunno if i can really talk though, mine's not exactly perfect )
thanks for your feedback mate. agreed on my beatmatching. i dont think its likely to every be 100% (at least not as long as i keep my currect style of dropping tunes in then beatmatching afterwards) but i'm amazed how much i've improved over the last 12 months. been mixing for a few years now, but i just goes to show that we're all ever improoving.
glad you liked the track selection though - that was the hardest bit about this particular mix (as it wasnt designed to be a 'clubby' mix)
I've taken a slightly different direction to 90% of the other techno / hardhouse crossover mixes so it would be interesting to hear peoples thoughts on it.
PLEASE do stick through the mix - its changes styles a lot throughout the mix as i've tried to create a journey through the various sounds that influence me.
