October Trance Chart
1) Lingen & Moor: 'Passion' (Robert Nickson dub) - Direction Impossible not to like: wonderfully produced and puts smiles on faces every time.
2) Ian Betts: 'Love Resurrection' - Massif Say no more really - probably my favourite tune of the year.
3) Jurrane: 'National Grid' - Magic Beans My new tune forthcoming on Magic Beans: an up-to-date rework of a track which won Future Music's trance competition a year or so ago.
4) Gate 42: 'Flow' (John O'Callaghan remix) - Discover I wish there was more music like this: no-nonsense, driving, heads-down trance with tons of impact.
5) Ian Betts & OceanForce: 'Polarise' - Elevation Two of my favourite producers combine to make a stunningly good tune.
6) Bas van Veen: 'Total Recall' (Primo Lux remix) - Compressor Has been in my personal chart for ages: bouncy progressive trance and a great set starter.
7) A-Force: 'Gravitational Wave' - Fundamental Again, in my chart for ages. Massive breakdowns to die for.
8) Jose Amnesia: 'The Eternal' (Nu-NRG remix) - Vandit Never really a fan of the original but this is a fantastic emotional piece of trance music.
9) True Form: 'Forbidden Colours' - A State Of Trance Thumping, bouncy trance and a bit of a departure from the usual ASOT stuff.
10) Mike Koglin vs JFK: 'Relentless' - Noys Like the title says, really. Mike Koglin delivers yet again.
