By the way kerbster, poorer EU countries do have government programmes to fund housing and business development across the board but yes, you do need to start nationalisation with a bank account and a fixed address to be eligible.

Not surprising, I'm pretty sure you need a physical address to open a UK bank account although never heard of them asking for a tax number.
