Some are also very small. And every single one of them is more important than you regardless of their size.
But allow me to explain... the hospital shops will not stock stuff that is 250+ calories. It's a fairly simple concept. They can't control what is bought off the grounds, but they can control what is in the store but not stocking it.
The ones I worked with in ASU had huge arses bar maybe two or three. Everytime you saw them, they were munching. I know they're on their feet most of the shift, but when I waitressed, my clothes were falling off me. It must be down to eating crap.
That girl I worked with who had the gastric band, only ate & drank sugar. I never saw her with a proper healthy lunch.

I guess that's why the NHS has taken this step, to break the habit of buying rubbish from the hospital shop aiming to make everyone healthier...
Then again, money speaks - I bet Burger King paid Addenbrookes Hospital handsomely to operate in the food hall

I seem to recall it wasn't the kids who wanted or needed this extra food, it was the parents who insisted their poor little lambs would waste away without it?
Our Davey... He'll waste away if he doesn't eat 4 Ginsters slices an hour.
Trust me. Davey ain't going nowhere... Except to the diabetes clinic.

You'd have thought the parents would want smaller children.
That way they wouldn't have to spend so much on clothes and they'd have more for fags, booze and Sky subscriptions

That's another thing that baffles me-I thought cigs are meant to suppress the appetite? The amount of fatties you see rolling out of Greggs lighting up is unreal.

You are fucking obsessed with people's weight. So much so I wonder if you have are hiding your own body issues.
