Guest mix :

DJ Magazine described her as “The UK’s Foremost Female Trance Producer.”

She was always a music lover who played the piano and started collecting records at the age of 6. In her teens she became involved in the club scene and fell in love with trance music. After experimenting with mixing she realised she was hooked and began DJing.

Over the next few years, she developed her unique sound playing throughout the UK and Ibiza and winning the Gallery/DJ Magazine DJ competition.

She went on to create her own tracks releasing Call Of Tomorrow and Isis, both of which received support from DJs of the calibre of Paul van Dyk and Armin van Buuren.

Her DJ career continued to grow with events in Canada, Morocco, Abu Dhabi, and Europe, and she appeared at popular nights in the UK such as The Gallery, Serious, and Passion.

Her track Fallen Too Far was signed to Armin van Buuren’s Armada label and he went on to feature another of her records on his A State Of Trance 2007 compilation. The year was to culminate in her being identified as One To Watch by clubbing reference guide Mixmag.

In 2008 she has been on a 4 date tour of Australia and New Zealand and found time to create new records Together and The Promise, her first vocal track.

She is Sophie Sugar.
