I applaud that she paid her own legal bills and didn't "go for broke" on the guy. It sends out a nice message that people don't need to put up with this shit anymore and that action will be taken.

$1 isn't just "not going for broke", it was inspired and made me believe her from the outset.
The picture is suspicious but not conclusive. I did wonder if there might be video which would prove or disprove the case.

Yes, you can't see his hand, it's clearly behind her - and yes, he's smiling, they all are.
Did she react at the time to his hand placement? Edit: that's just a question not a suggestion that she had to, I don't know that much about the case.
If he did it then I'm glad he's been ruined - I hope there was additional evidence.
Suffering from a small case of mood poisoning, must be something I hate.
