Yeah, a group of us went camping a couple of years ago, to a place which had glamping as well as camping space. Took over the whole site and had a great time. But that was very different to Chilled last year with a load of other people, and that's family friendly.
I guess you do what you think is best, when we were young we usually camped so we could have a longer holiday. More work, less comfortable but we managed.

Awesome. It really is up there in terms of fun factor for me. Ive always loved the outdoors and when you are with a bunch of mates, guitars playing, beers, open fire, stary skies, braai...ah man, I love it so much! Its one thing I have really missed this past year as with festivals and Badgells wood I usually go camping at least 5/6 times a year and not doing it now for a whole year has been felt. But we did have a baby so its totally understandable.
I just think, the right festival, with nice people and lots of colour can only be good for a childs growth. Taking all that cool stuff in can only be a good thing. Plus I dont want her to be adverse to the outdoors, I will be gutted if she hates it when she grows up but will obviously support her decision whatever she decides
