Of course.
However, considering our dependence on fossil fuels is declining rapidly and Russia's main GDP contributor has and still is oil / energy exports, it's not in their interests to destabilise countries that they need to do business with.
Crimea was just a strategical move because Russia were not happy about Amreeka having such a large naval presence so close to their nation, everyone has jumped on that and seems to think that they're out to destroy the world now.
It's bullshit.
Now North Korea on the other hand, is a fucking problem, a big fucking problem.
