I don't see Corbyn as a natural leader. He has proved this by under performing at numerous PM Questions when he could have absolutely nailed the Tories.
Agree that there don't seem to be any charismatic leaders at the moment but look at who Matt named... Blair and Thatcher... Both utter fucking rotters in their own rights.

Fair point, but he's the only one that seems capable of inspiring anyone (even if it wasn't enough to get elected), May is there more by lack of options than admiration and Vince Cable has got the job at the wrong time.

I always liked Clegg but...
A. The Lib Dems will never get in.
B. He utterly fucked himself with the concessions made forming a coalition.

I agree, the same 2 factors will haunt Cable's leadership also. Clegg could have been a really good politician for this country and I do think thqat they have been buggered by the coalition but I wonder what the tories would have done without the Lib-dems there as well, could have been a lot worse.

Yeah. I think people forget that. He was too quickly thrown under a bus for doing what most leaders of a small party would have done in those circumstances.
