Its totally unfair, we've got redundancies coming this year so loads of the admin girls are planning to get pregnant. Jeezo, I don't need a job THAT much.
I also accrued all my annual leave when I was off for a full year on maternity, so when I came back I instantly had 32 days to take. So I worked a 2 day week for ages. That didn't go down too well with the other teachers here.

That really annoys me. If someone has been off for over half a year then are they entitled to a full years worth of annual leave?

Consider it balance for the fact that women get less pay and get charged more for female products.

I've suggsted they spend one full Saturday in my house when my son decides to wake at 5:30am and daughter has found a Biro and decides to write on our white sofa, all the while they're both screaming that they want Coco-pops but they want to eat it with an old McDonalds straw whilst watching Teenage Ninja Hero Turtles for the gazillionth time.

Thank fuck mine are that much older now....not to say that it gets any easier, mind.
