I just learnt that I can have 1 more than 3 lines in my sig and there is no word limit - 20/06/12 - bear (on a roll)

Its obviously the councils fault. They are the LL's so it falls on them to ensure everything is cushty. The blame, totally falls on their heads and I hope their heads roll
