Simply: mind-blowing. Half way between Chus & Ceballos and John Acquaviva, Pagano displayed a genuine and unique sonic identity. Among the high spheres of Tech House, he proudly declares positioning himself as a bridge between the gay and the straight scenes’ DJ Magazine, Canada Carving out a niche for himself as a DJ & Producer of International repute, 2014 sees Pagano take his music career to the next level. During the past year Techno legend Carl Cox has supported two of Pagano's singles in his Global Radio show, including the acclaimed Tech house anthem 'Breaking Bad' on Stefano Noferini's Deeperfect label. Blending a seismic mix of techno and house, Pagano is already blowing the dance floor away with tunes such as ‘Turn Up The Music’ with Reza on My DIgital Enemy’s Zulu imprint and ‘Sunkissed’ on Manuel De La Mare's Hotfingers label, which reached #7 in Beatport’s Top 100 House sales chart, and which once again teamed him with Reza. With forthcoming releases on Umek’s 1605 Music Therapy label titled ‘Everybody Hip Housin’, a collaboration with Jason Chance out soon on Mark Knight's Toolroom Records titled 'Just Like That' and the single ‘Blues In Thy Name’ for Stefano Noferini’s Deeperfect imprint, Pagano is certainly One To Watch in 2014. His musical journey has seen him also clock up mixes on legendary US labels Twisted (‘My Name Is Pussy Galore’) and Nervous (Pagano's 'Techno Orgasm' Remix of Ben Manson & Gerald Henderson’s ‘Magic Orgasm’) and Pagano is a regular collaborator with DJ Chus & Ceballos on their Stereo Productions label. His modern brand of tech house and techno is quirky and is being championed by A Listers across the board such as Umek, Carl Cox, Roger Sanchez, Tiesto, Dubfire, Wally Lopez, Paul Van Dyk, Robbie Rivera, Prok & Fitch, Shinedoe, DJ Vibe, Bob Sinclar, Boy George and many others! Running alongside the production, Pagano has building up a worldwide following with memorable gigs at the legendary Belgian Techno club Fuse in Brussels, Barcelona's renown Razzamattaz, New York City's Webster Hall and Trade at London favourite, Egg LDN. As one of the scene’s busiest DJs, Pagano continues to spin at some of the best straight venues and gay events all over the world, having just been confirmed to play at Italy’s edition of the Dutch Sensation Festival in Bologna at the end of April. Resident for the legendary Trade events in the UK and a regular at East Bloc, Pagano is a resident for Amsterdam’s Rapido After parties @ Hotel Arena (NL) and regularly spins in Italy, Spain, France, Germany and Belgium.
