I haven't really been reading much on the lead up but from what I have I am guessing England should win it and probably make it a grand slam. Ireland will be 2nd, Scotland, Wales and France will fight it out for 3rd, 4th and 5th with the Scots being a good chance at taking 3rd. Italy as ever will be last.
That sound about right?

1. England (on points, don't think we'll get the grand slam)
2. Ireland
3. Scotland
4. Italy
5. France
6. Wales
I think the bonus point system will really favour england and scotland, france and wales and to a degree ireland will struggle.

Interesting.
Assuming you think Ireland will beat England then? That will mean Ireland would have to lose another game which I don't think they would lose to any of the other four.
Also surprised you think Italy will do so well. I had no idea they are currently better than France and Wales.

Wales finishing last would be so fucking hilarious.

Wales are really struggling, they are nowhere near as good when warren isn't around and they were pretty limited even then, italy beat an admittedly poor south africa and i expect the work of Conor O'Shea and Mike Catt and Brendan Venter to really start getting results ( that could be proven catastrophically wrong). The ireland game is too close to call, we could lose that one but we should have something approaching a first 15 to field for that one, the wales game could be a banana skin simply because of the amoount of changes in the pack, although i do expect to win that one (as always). Scotland are a good attacking team, they just need to keep their heads better when in a winning position and then they will be a real threat

Oh yes. It's bound to happen though as I am not meeting up with the usual mob this year so won't be able to laugh in Stace's and Mark sincairs faces again.
One day they are going to gert some serious comeuppance on me however and I'll have to take it with grace.

Sadly I can't see them getting the wooden spoon, that'll be Italy's.
England or Ireland for the title in a last match thriller on Paddy's Day in Dublin.
