You need some cronies. You can't be everywhere doing everybody's everything. You need to establish a gang, some lads to set up and run your scams, watch your back and if push comes to shove be the fall guy, hold the drugs and the cash, keep tabs on debts, this thing is going to be BIG baby.
You're looking out for prisoners with a high RESPECT score to be FAM and boost your own reputation by establishing your leadership abilities and adding to your own RESPECT score by establishing that only diamond dogs hang out with you.
The other way is you batter the granny out of everyone of the dickheads here, but you simply haven't got the time.
But you could fucking do it.

You need contraband for your business. There are many ways to get banned items into prison and you know them all. The best method is using somebody who comes and goes every day, somebody who has free access to the prison. Somebody who isn't subject to scrutiny.
You're looking out for Prison Officers who are BENT.
Using your Criminal Anthropology skills you have identified several dodgy screws. Which one are you going to go into business with? Boost your own reputation by running a BENT SCREW and adding to your own RESPECT score by demonstrating that you can get what you want, when you want it.
Only you can sort this out
