On checking it seems that event tickets aren't covered by the 14 day cooling off period so we're going for the mis-statement of price, screen going blank and that the order confirmation email didn't come through for 10 minutes, after the one from Eventbrite. Barclaycard say they'll suspend the charge and Lisa can dispute by submitting a claim form, should that become necessary. Fingers crossed.
