According to physics, nothing ever quite touches. When you lay your hand on something, there is a microscopic amount of space between the atoms of your hand and whatever you're touching... so no, officer, technically I'm not jacking off right now

I resold queen tickets at what appears at first to be a profit on the face value but in reality I claimed back the bullshit "admin cost" on both the sale and resale so won't make any profit.
My Muse ticket face value was £47. I ended up paying £110. That's the kind of bullshit that should not be happening. At most they should have been about £70 with the costs.
I also miss tickets being sold at the door on things - having to buy gig tickets sometimes up to a year in advance is annoying.

Huge money in touting and even if they have a website, its fucking touting tickets for crazy money. I hate it. I could easily have sold my Junction2 ticket last year for £100 fbut sold for face value of £45. its greed and I feel for the people who actually care about the band/gig/festival they want to attend.

Exactly. Thankfully some bands are putting a stop to it as well. Foo Fighters have spoken out about it loads.
The whole resale on sites owned by the "primary" ticketing site is heinous. I'm glad they are finally acting on it.
Also - I don't understand how there can be £20 "processing fee" when I get an electronic ticket. Fuck off, it's all a program doing the work.

Its crazy!! Estate Agents arent allowed to charge fee's now for this kind of thing, should be the same for online ordering or a maximum fee of £2.50. Takes the piss but I do appreciate its where they make their money (when charging honest ticket prices) but if they are making extortionate hiked up prices on the actual ticket AND charging ridiculous fee's, well it puts me off going and ill watch it on YT!

Completely agree re resale sites, I think I read stories where promoters colluded with primary sites to allocate a good number of tickets to their secondary sites so they all made more money.
It's good they're acting, but I bet the fines go straight to the government and not to fans who have been overcharged.
I baulk at paying anything for electronic delivery, I'm paying for the ink and paper so it should be free!
