Black Hole Recordings unleashes the new single from Senadee here called “Robot Love”. Essentially, its a tale of love and acceptance between cybernetic organisms. Actually, I made that bit up as a bit of a cool introduction but hey, it works, I think. Anyway...this one contains a remix from Zoo Brazil as backup.

Senadee is a new name to me. Well, no, I lie...I came across him via his work with Aly & Fila and technologist / composer BT on his “Song Across Wires” album. I can't help but hear references to Duran Duran in this track. There's a Simon Le Bon quality to his voice. I dunno if that's intentional but that's what it sounds like to me. The basis for this track is a progressive / house background with an electropop feel of mid 80s vibes. It definitely harks back to that sorta era and ya know what, its kinda cool to have that. I can imagine people having lots of fun with this one!

Zoo Brazil, on the flip, goes more club friendly with his remix. There's less of a cybernetic / mechanical sway and more of a sophisticated, present-day, vibe. Its a bit more relaxed too if that makes sense. Its an adventurous version actually with some mechanics coming through here and there. Its more of a dubby-type mix to be honest. The vocals are echoed which gives the remix a spooky feel; like a consciousness lost in a metal shell. This mix is definitely a cool version and offers an alternative to the mechanised original.
