[Edited by dantengwen on 01-12-2018 18:47 PM][Edited by HF Moderator 3 on 05-12-2018 09:22 AM] I just graduate from uni and moved to Los Angeles.
When I was in uni, I charged people $15 for senior portrait shoot (includes editing). My reasoning was students are poor, if I charge any higher they would just have their friends take it for free ( I was very very very wrong)
Today, someone asked me if I can shoot their event (4.5 hrs), I quote them $200 for the shoot and editing. The riskiest text ever sent. Because it’s LA, people should be able to afford $200 for 7 hours of my time.
Right now I’m still left on read but I’m standing by my ground, it’s either 200 or nothing.
