I'm always sad to hear of Pie & Mash shops closing down.
I was particularly distraught when A Cookes' in Shepherds Bush (which was there over 100 years and features in Quadrophenia) was closed to make room for a building development.

Suffering from a small case of mood poisoning, must be something I hate.
