I am no expert in these matters, but on the London club scene generally I haven't really noticed a hard dance revival. An established name from back in the day could put on a reunion night once a year but I think it would be hard for a new promoter.
Reggae is currently experiencing abit of a resurgence and Garage came back about four years ago and drum & base, jungle always seem to be around but not hard dance.
Caister Soul has had quite a resurgence amongst your really old clubber so maybe it will be hard dance turn in about five or so years time.
Also in its heyday it attracted a lot of Aussies whom are not likely in the country anymore, it wasn't as popular with your locals.
