No video, so far as I know, and I think someone doing that might have raised more questions about appropriateness. IIRC the story is that someone changed their baby on a rush hour train. Fi and others were asking why this couldn't be done on a platform bench - more private, more stable (not moving) and no lingering smells in an enclosed space.
