Following the very good launch of our Technicolour Cinematographic House Music concept, we return to EGG on the 29th of July for what promises to be a bigger, better and more colorful event.
The second episode in the Technicolour series will bring more sound variety, more diversity and more visuals to excite and incite your senses. We will go one step forward in defining the Technicolour experience as a truly immersive one, with house music at the core.
As in the first event, colour is what we'll be after, in the music, in the people, in the vibe, in everything.
Alongside Egg residents, Technicolour II will bring talents of the underground house scene from Cadenza and for the first time in London, from Berlin's Ostfunk Records.
So step further away from Monday and forget about the world!
On the Basement stage we have one of Cadenza's most promising sound merchants!
Andrea Oliva is truly inspirational, with a rich and mixed Italian-Swiss heritage that reflects in every musical note he writes. Andrea's soulful and jazz-like approach to house music has already seen him successfully releasing on Be As One, Viva Music, Hive Audio and Saved Records.
With forthcoming productions on Cadenza and Cadenza Lab, Andrea comes to Technicolour to give London a good taste of things to come.
Alongside Andrea we've got another Italian house music prodigy jacking things right:
Leonardo Glovibes. Leonardo's pumping house sound has traveled many countries through many Dj recordboxes (Wally Lopez, Danny Tenaglia, Tom Stephan, Funkagenda or Mark Knight) from Barcelona to Miami, from Ibiza to Jakarta, or Rome to Amsterdam.
In the Terrace, We are so proud to have Ostfunk Records colours flown high on the Terrace stage by the label's very best: head honchos Daniel Boon and Match Hoffman. Ostfunk Records Berlin have been playing with the minimal house and techno boundaries for over seven years now. What they have achieved is an original mutant house sound that resonates very well with the likes of Stephan Bodzin, Marc Romboy, Namito, Lutzenkirchen or Tube & Berger.
Chris MiMo is one name that you will surely see in the Technicolour line-ups from now on.
Chris is a one of the hardest working names on the London scene and also a good friend. Is hard not to be friends with Chris, as everyone who's seen him play his regular MiMo events at East Village, knows how well he interacts with the crowd. He comes to TECHNICOLOUR II to get things grooving in the right direction for the Terrace stage.
