Just enjoyed getting lost, then trying to find my friends, then forgetting what I was looking for and talking all night to randoms...
But to be honest, I think all clubbing experiences were more special when you first started out in general... It's more to do with your frame of mind, than your surroundings...IMO
more to do with the people n the atmosphere than anything specifically to do with the music/club.

My best memorable clubbing experience would deffinatly and always will be the opening night of Sundissential DNA about 3 years ago ! The new club in Birmingham (which is now no more ). The whole club was 'something ese' I've ever been to. So many rooms, and the top floor was another room with a bar with a see through glass dancefloor, looking down on the main arena at the hundreds of people beneath your feet ! That club was my first ever 'real' clubbing experience / club and it will always be remembered. There was deffinatly something special about that club that I sorely miss.
Ahhhh I remember that, it was a fantastic night.
That glass floored room was just plain wrong when you were off your tits tho!!!

It's the people that have always made it for me. My best nights out are the ones when I've had 30-40 friends all in the same place and indulging in lots of silliness with various groups of people.
I went to a rave called 'Joy' which was up by Manchester in 1989. The special effects and lighting was better than anything I have seen. They had giant video screens and a huge lazer. The party was in a big valley and they had projected newspaper cut outs onto the hillside with headlines like 'police smash ecstacy rave' etc.
