Sometimes I want to be whistled at as I might be having a "I'm dead sexy" day; other times I just want to be left the fuck alone and your whistle just pisses me off. It's a crude compliment but if it's left at whistle, it's pretty much harmless. Don't be the guy that follows it up with some bullshit comment that takes it from an acknowledgment of form to something "rapey", even though there is usually 99% no intent.
