Registered: Dec 2004 Posts: 1518 - Threads: 78 Location: Hertfordshire Hidy ho Got some confusion with the EFX 1000, ive never used a seperate FX unit so not really sure how the things work. Here are my questions, 1. Does it ONLY work on the DJM 1000? 2. If not, then how would i wire such a thing to a DJM 600? My educated guess is that it works on any mixer with "send" ports on the back? 3. I only buy things which i know will (can) be in clubs (DJM 600, CDJ 1000, Technics 1210s) and i know the EFX 1000 unit isnt in many clubs yet, so would it be easy for me to take to a club and set up before my gig? 4. Once its wired in correctly, i take it that it just constantly picks up the signal coming through the master speakers? The EFX isnt actualy channel based?
