That will be a Bugaboo. Yeah they are about the price of a second hand car. More when you get all tghe accessories for it, which you'll need otherwise other Bugaboo owners will think you are a povvo.

Be aware though. We bought one and when our first started nursery, we had to buy a second buggy because they would only allow a totally foldable buggy in the nursery due to space constraints! So we now have two buggies, one of them costing £800!
I call it the bugger me.

But then you have to rely on the council to look after you when you get old.

Thats nothing. Once you add the car seat (we needed two, one for each car) steriliser, bottles, moses basket, cot and baby bedroom furniture, you're looking at the best part of £2500.

Thats just what the baby needs to START with.
