They were ribbed mercilessly in the Lamarr era. It was with a sense of entertainment though. Like I said, Amstell was just nasty at times. Whilst I appreciate there are plenty that deserve it, it's not the kind of TV I like.
I think it is fair to say that everyone on the Internet is annoying.

This is why I refuse to watch big brother - actually most reality shows now. But particularly BB.
I thought Lamarr was pretty shite but liked Amstell - swings and roundabouts
