Tempo Tantrum return for 3 rooms of bass-laden flavours at The Garage in Islington, London. Taking in the full spectrum of bass music, they have put together a line-up of exciting artists drawn from all quarters of the scene. The Tempo Tantrum crew have built a reputation for diverse line-ups over the years - and this all-nighter is no exception.
Touching down in the main room is genre-defying Appleblim, who continues to expand horizons in the bass music scene and beyond. Having released her debut album "Playin' Me" on Hyperdub earlier in the summer, Cooly G will also bring her soulful and percussive vibe to proceedings. One of the most prolific producers in the scene, Altered Natives arrives fresh from his well-received Photek remix as he prepares an new LP of his own. Meanwhile, dubstep godfather Horsepower Productions returns to Tempo Tantrum with his unique template of tribal rhythms and bass.
If that wasn't enough, the legendary DJ Fabio is also on hand with some jungle classics from yesteryear while Coda will be stepping up with their very own brand of live dubstep. Having supported Leftfield at the Brixton Academy earlier this year, residents Reza and Xerxes will be ready with a truckload of fresh sounds.
Also on the bill are Jerona Fruits, who rolled out DnB for Tempo Tantrum back in its Brixton days, alongside Kyshido, who is currently making waves with his liquid funk sound. They'll be heading up an eclectic mix of flavours in the second room, majoring in DnB and house, old and new. Finally, Craylo will be presenting their soundscapes over in room 3, amongst other guests.
