My mobile has died so I'm having to buy a throwaway while it is being repaired.
I have a couple you could use. Most notably THAT one that survived the kebab oil

We have a lunch time seminar here today, which heralds a tray of wraps and sandwiches plus another one of fruit. It would mean lazy lunch but I think I used up all of this week's carb allowance bingeing on them yesterday.

Operation Eat Healthier. My metabolism doesn't do well with carbs so I don't eat lots of them.

I tend to steer clear of carbs too but nothing to do with my metabolism. Not mad into bread or cereals. Apart from the odd croissant, I don't touch cakes or pastries. I've noticed the way some gorge at buffets! It's all stodgy shite. Pies, sausage rolls, barms.. Then they wonder why they can't see their feet!!

Wine is carbs That was the first thing I cut. Carbs bloat me and leave me feeling sluggish and so it just made more sense to scale those back. It's only in the last couple of years that I started eating more carbs and since being strict for the last 3 or 4 weeks, I have noticed a massive difference already. I am also being told how much healthier I look right now, so seems other people are too.
I fucking love sausage rolls ESPECIALLY the ones from Greggs.

I'm trying the same - have just substituted roast turkey and salad here for what could have been roast turkey, roast potatoes, veggies and gravy - and while I might feel virtuous, I didn't feel good about it. The fact that I'm writing about it obviously means I'm still reeling from the obviousy stupid decision.
