If the courts deam it in the child's interest for the child to live with the father then fine - i don't see an issue with that, and I have seen a few times where a child would be better off with the father. It happened about 10 years ago, so modern-ish. It's done now, i'm pretty sure he doesn't want to drag it all up again, he's moved on with his life. Just one more thing though, i do know BOTH parties in the whole saga, so i think that gives me a bit more of a character based opinion on the matter. She's a gold digger, he got shafted, that's my judgement based on what i know.

See, it's just assumed that women are the better parent due to 'maternal instinct' (which incidently was there term i was trying to refer to). It's just one more thing that sways the vote towards women. That is not equal, naturally, just like us fellas not having a choice if you keep the kid or not.
What about fatherly instinct?
It's as if it counts for bugger all.

Oh please! The women are selling their bodies and have no self-respect! Did you not read Kev's response; an indication of purpose and effect? Yes, the women cited are selling themselves, once plastered they couldn't give a rat's arse who f*cked them and who didn't; not until the morning after of course.
