» A NEW BEGINNING

Label: DTF
Format: 12" Vinyl
Genre: TRANCE

The 2nd release from this new Dutch label and if they keep up the quality like this they are destined for greatness!

Side A features the Koris vs DJule mix and is a pleasant enough trancey affair, very much early part of the night stuff, well produced and with lovely lush melodies but not much in the way of punch or drive and seems to be to be quite bass light. Can still see it doing well on the 'Crasher compilations though!

Side B is the side for me though and features the Alex Rocco vs Dogma mix - this is an altogether beefier mix with shades of SHOKK and Dumonde about it Thumbs up A thumping kick and driving bass give this track a firm foundation over which you get some crazily uplifting synth lines as you lead into the break which itself is an absolute gem! The main riff will give you goosebumps as you reach for the lasers and make you dance like a loon when the tune kicks back in - and that's a cast iron guarantee Smile

So two different mixes that cross the trance spectrum then, both well produced and likely to do well at all the usual places with all the usual faces - more like this please!
