Label: Perfecto House
Format: Digital
Genre: House

Perfecto's house imprint drops the latest from Paul Morrell called "Call It Love". Remixes come from DeFunkt and Fatkid.

This one has an old-school feel to it; with a hint of 90s dance. Not that that's a bad thing: old school pianos and ravey stabs. Quite cool actually. Its more benign than Perfecto's trance output and is more commercial so easily accessible.

My fave mix on this is the Fatkid mix, which injects some tranciness into proceedings. This guy has had remixes on Deepblue Records before now so I know some of his work but I'll have to explore a bit more. I'm impressed with this one.

DeFunkt add two mixes: a main mix and an instrumental. The vocals are good. They don't interfere at all with the track and seem to gel well. Good stuff.

Smile
