The f**king wankers that use A&E departments as GPs for colds and flus are the ones that complain about their wait times and give the NHS a bad image. Yes, major operations are juggled and the NHS ARE stretched, just the same as every other public service in the country but if you actually have a serious illness they are some of the best in the world and I'm alive today because of them so, f**k off Trump and anyone that criticises them.
