My friend rents a room (one of 5) in a shared house, they came home this evening and found the landlord had left a note in the house saying a photographer was coming round tomorrow (while everyone's at work) to take photos of the tenants rooms to put on the management company's website.
Is this legal? Its less than 24 hours notice and no one will be in when the photographer turns up. Aside from this, they've been without the internet for nearly two months and half a dozen roof tiles fell off the roof over a month ago and nothing has been done. They were also burgled a while ago and everyone's a little bit suspicious of the whole scenario.
Any advice would be gratefully received. I have no idea.
