PETA does it's own brand a lot of damage. Much like Greenpeace used to. It's one thing looking out for animals, it's another assaulting people and damaging businesses in its name.

I remember the time they had Naomi modelling for them. Next thing she's parading down the catwalk for this designer that's known for their head to toe fur.
Animal rights protesters have been known to attack vintage dealers who deal in real fur.
We are talking about animals that have been dead for over 40 years, selling a vintage mink coat is not harming animals.

True, but they would argue that by wearing fur, vintage or not, is encouraging the trade, thus demand.
Personally I think real fur looks disgusting. I remember my father's mother having this fox wrapped around her neck.
Mum too had two fur coats. One custom made.
